J.R. has long understood the power of understanding and planning for life's unexpected possibilities. Over the years, he watched his parents handle the emotional and financial hardships associated with medical bills and doctor visits related to his brother's kidney disease. This early experience motivated him to pursue the work he does today — and also to actively participate in charitable organizations that help lessen hardships for families with children with disabilities.

As a lifelong learner, musician, and athlete, J.R. is proud to hold a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, is a guitarist, and also practices Muay Thai. He is ready to be your partner — or Sensei — in clarifying and helping you achieve your most meaningful and deeply felt aspirations.
